(VTC) 1 TS 1 Tool position is a vertical turning center composed of a single tool position on the tool post. Due to the fact that the single tool position is directly fixed on the feed slide, compared to turret or ram, a high rigidity structure is formed, which is conducive to heavy cutting. Stationary cutting tools or milling spindle is placed at a single tool position.
